Committed to Safety

Electricity is inherently dangerous and because of that, we take every precaution and arm ourselves with as much education and training as possible. We do this to keep our employees safe as well as those in the environment around, and affected by, us. Ever-mindful of this critical interest, we equip our employees with the knowledge that they need to keep themselves and our jobsites safe.

Our maintain an OSHA+EM3851-1-compliant safety program with regular refresher training. This includes weekly safety meetings, regular refresher training, and access to education materials. Each field employee is equipped with a minimum 10-hour OSHA certification. All electricians receive a 30-hour OSHA certification.

We believe in the power of an educated work force. To that end, we have partnered with Wallace Community College to provide a DOL-approved apprenticeship program.

NFPA-70E, OSHA and EM385-1-1 Compliant

Field employees are required, at a minimum, to wear hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, safety vests, and steel-toed boots. We are NFPA-70E, OSHA, and EM385-1-1 compliant and we maintain a daily, site-specific Safety Analysis on every construction project, paying particular attention to any unique customer requirements.
