ESA constructed the 17,000 SF building addition and interior renovations to approximately 4,000 SF of an existing, occupied CBOC on Eglin AFB. The new CBOC will house exam rooms, minor procedure rooms, mental health rooms, administrative spaces, offices, waiting areas, and other spaces associated with VA outpatient clinics. Site work included utilities, parking areas, sidewalks, roads, service entrances, and landscaping.

Diamond -R- Electric was selected to provide electrical construcion for a new 17,000 sq ft buiding addition to the existing, occupied Community Based Outpatient Clinic. Electrical work included site utilities, site lighting, critical and normal power systems, auxillary power and numerous low voltage systems. The existing VA clinic remained in operation during the construction period, and work was phased to minimize disruptions with control of noise, dust, and traffic being of critical importance.
